Shipping Policy

At Las Delicias Distributors, LLC, we strive to provide reliable and transparent shipping for every order.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, with standard carrier rates calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to select a different shipping method than the one chosen at checkout when necessary to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Free Shipping

Orders of 12, 18, or 24 units qualify for free shipping.
Free shipping is available for domestic orders only. International orders do not qualify.
Coupons and free shipping cannot be combined. One promotional benefit applies per order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST on Wednesday, or anytime on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
Orders ship Monday through Wednesday only.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

USPS delivery times may be extended due to factors outside of our control, including weather conditions, high shipping volume, or carrier routing delays. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses often require additional processing and transportation and may take longer than deliveries within the continental United States.

Once an order is accepted and scanned by the carrier, transit and delivery are fully managed by the carrier.

Order Tracking

You may track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If a package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us directly so we can assist with an investigation. When no chargeback has been filed, we are often able to work quickly toward a resolution, which may include a replacement order or refund once carrier confirmation is received.

While we monitor shipments and may submit missing-mail requests, carrier delays cannot always be expedited or prevented.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated with a bank or payment provider, the order is automatically placed into a formal dispute and investigation process. During this time, the transaction is locked by the payment processor, and we are unable to issue refunds, replacements, or adjustments until the chargeback investigation is fully resolved.

Filing a chargeback may significantly delay the resolution of lost or delayed packages. For the fastest resolution, we strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before submitting a chargeback.
