The flavor profile on this is something special. We had leftover steak, so we made fajitas tonight and topped them with this jalapeño queso. It complimented the fajita wonderfully. Just spicy enough to enjoy, but not too hot to overwhelm the fajitas. This will become a regular in my house, as well as their other salsas.
A friend introduced me to Gallo salsas and I am hooked for life. This one may be my favorite one but it is so hard to pick one, like my kids. They all have their place, their own strengths, and a special place in my heart. And the customer service is superb. I love that they are also still a family biz

I'm a huge fan of this jalapeno salsa. It's an incredible flavorful and just hits right with it's spice level. It goes well on everything from eggs to grilled steak and mixed with rice and beans. I always buy two at a time because I use it so fast.
